Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email. If you have not received a tracking number, email us at info@rozenthal.lv
The above-stated shipping times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Holidays, strikes, postal or address errors, congestion (e.g., Black Weekend, Christmas season, lockdown), or unforeseen events may delay delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping and handling will take up to 3 days from the day of your purchase.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes etc.
RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your order, purchased on www.rozenthal.eu, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving the item. A refund will be made once we receive the jewelry. After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
We only offer free returns if the item is faulty. The original shipping fee will not be refunded if you wish to return your order or exchange the item. The fee will be offset from the order if you receive free standard or express shipping.
Please note that all orders must be returned in their original condition. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
How to return an item?
Send a brief e-mail to info@rozenthal.lv. Include your name, the invoice number, and the item you wish to return. We will send you the instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Porcelain is a fragile material and can break if not handled with care. Please be careful not to drop your jewelry! We do not take responsibility for jewelry that the wearer damages.
My jewelry arrived broken, what do I do?
If there are any issues with the jewelry you received, email us at info@rozenthal.lv and include a photo of the jewelry in its original packaging.
It is important to include the original gift box.
LOST ORDERS
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not received your order, please contact us at info@rozenthal.lv
If your order has been returned to us due to an incomplete address or because it was not picked up from the post office, the buyer is responsible for paying the additional shipping fees.
If you prefer a refund, we can refund the value of the item, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
