RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, purchased on www.rozenthal.eu, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. A refund will be made once we receive the jewelry. After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
We do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty. If you wish to exchange or return your order, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
